A store you can build, publish and be honest with buyers in.
Delivery zones down to the postal code, a store you publish on purpose, and a theme and page builder you can try today but not yet keep. What it does not have is a cart — and we would rather you read that here than discover it in week three.
The screen a merchant actually spends their Monday in.
Each zone carries what the buyer is told, how many postal codes it covers, and the fees shown at the point a buyer asks. The excluded zone is deliberate: the places you have mapped and chosen not to serve are worth as much as the ones you do.
Fees and minimum order are shown to buyers, not charged — there is no checkout to charge them in.
Delivery
Which postal codes you deliver to, and which places you have been turning away.
| ZONE | BUYER IS TOLD | CODES | SHOWN TO BUYERS |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mumbai — centralMUM-CENTRAL | Promisedin about 30 minutes | 4 | ₹29 delivery, free over ₹499 ₹199 minimum order |
| Mumbai — suburbsMUM-SUB | Promisedin about 1 hour 15 minutes | 3 | ₹49 delivery, free over ₹999 ₹299 minimum order |
| Nashik & aroundNASHIK | Promised2 days later, if ordered before 16:00 | 3 | ₹99 delivery ₹999 minimum order |
| Mapped and excludedOUT-OF-RANGE | Not served | 1 | Nothing set |
Six things that are finished.
Everything on this list is deployed and in use. Nothing on it is a roadmap item wearing a present tense.
Store identity and publishing
Name, mark, palette and the rest of the store's identity, and an explicit publish step between what you are editing and what a buyer sees.
Zones in postal codes, with bulk import
Zones carry the promise shown to a buyer, the fee, the free-delivery threshold and the minimum order. Postal codes go in one at a time or by bulk import.
A tester that answers as a buyer would
Type a postal code and see exactly what a buyer at that code is told — before a buyer is the one who finds out.
The places you have been turning away
Every code you could not serve is recorded, so the question of where to expand next is answered by demand rather than by guesswork.
Three things it does not do.
Listed at the same size as the features. If one of these is the reason you were looking, say so on the call and we will tell you when it lands rather than sell around it.
THEMES & PAGE BUILDER
A working preview — nothing you design is saved yet
Nine themes and a 26-section page builder on a twelve-column canvas exist and can be tried, and what they show is real. But the store document has no backend yet: a theme you adopt and pages you lay out are not persisted. Treat it as a demonstration of the editor, not a store you can keep.
RETAIL CHECKOUT
No cart, no checkout, no orders
A retail buyer cannot place an order. The B2B enquiry journey does complete end to end — if you need retail checkout this quarter, this is not it yet.
PAYMENTS
Fees are shown, not charged
Delivery fees, thresholds and minimum orders are displayed to the buyer exactly as configured. Nothing is collected, because there is no checkout to collect it in.
DOMAINS
Custom domains are designed, not live
The design exists. Serving a merchant's own domain does not yet, so a store lives on an OpsGrids address today.
A buyer never gets a “no” we could not prove.
When the delivery check cannot run — a network blip, a rate limit, a dependency down — the buyer is told exactly that and offered a retry. An outage is never resolved into a refusal.
A buyer wrongly told a shop does not serve them never comes back, and the mistake is invisible to whoever caused it. So the code has nowhere to catch an error and turn it into a no, and a test fails the build if one appears.

Want to see it with your own postal codes in it?
Bring a list of the places you deliver to. We will put them in the tester on the call and you can watch what a buyer at each one is told.
